What is the Healing House Training Program?

Training to be a Healing House Host involves an intensive 28-day certification program designed to help you learn to create a nourishing environment where people can heal using natural therapies.

You will learn:

• natural healing principles including:
  • how the soul affects the mind and body
  • the role of natural healing modalities
  • how to identify and manage a healing crisis
• physical healing principals and therapies
  • nourishing cooking techniques and meal planning based on Ayurvedic and naturopathic principles
  • juicing and detoxification principles and  techniques
  • how to exercise in rejuvenative ways
  • you will experience and learn basic principles of many physical therapies such as massage, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, chiropractic, yoga, t'ai chi, and many more
• emotional healing principles and techniques
  • learn how to meditate
  • you will experience and learn about the similarities and differences between talk therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, The Journey and hypnosis
• creating a healing environment
  • basic Feng Shui to create a calming environment
  • emergency preparedness
  • how to build rapport with your guests and create an emotionally safe environment
• the soul
  • you will learn how to reconnect with your soul through meditation and philosophical discussions
• business skills:
  • learn how network with other health professionals and institutions
  • identify your special skills and what you can offer potential guests
  • create a vision of your unique Healing House
  • develop a business, marketing and networking plan
  • learn about insurance and zoning issues
  • financial planning
