What guests say about Carp Ridge Healing House When leaving Minnesota over a week ago to travel here, I had no idea what to expect. Over the past week I have truly seen love, commitment and compassion in a truly healing environment. You are indeed a true healer, both physically and spiritually. This past week will have more impact on my life in the future than any seven day period in my life. My stay at the Healing House was a wonderful learning experience for both my Dad and myself. I believe that he found here the knowledge, confidence and support necessary for him to fully take control of his healing. The environment was calming, the food good, and above all, the staff was just great. It confirmed my belief that knowledge isn’t the only important part of healing, but that the energy given off by those performing, or helping with, the healing is just as important, if not more on certain levels. Great people, great place. Many thanks for everything. I am infinitely grateful for what you do, and to have you so close to home. You will be seeing us again. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Our stay with you at the Healing House with Carol in her last days and hours made saying good bye so much more peaceful. I have no idea how we would have done this without having this place for Carol to feel at peace and be able to move on, knowing that we were all together. I want to thank you again (because) you have a haven that we will all remember our last minutes with Carol. Heaven was at work when I found the Healing House. With physical and emotional pain seemingly overwhelming, I was able to look into the loving eyes of first Carol, then Sandy, and hear and see their lead into a peaceful place. In three days, I was able to learn how to connect with my spirit and those around me -- and now have a new vision. Thank you from my soul for the gift of the Healing House and all of the beautiful angels that are so committed to sharing their love and healing. Thank you to Sandy, Carla, and Giovanna (another resident) for a wonderful stay. I felt pampered and allowed to be where I’m at and at the same time encouraged to stretch. It was affirming to be in a place and with people who share a similar world view to my own. I will be back! Thank you to all at the Healing House for all the loving support, sharing of life’s experiences and trials, exchanging of new information and new perspectives and especially for your deep faith in our interconnections. I feel totally blessed to have come to the Healing House and to its precious in habitants. I am leaving today only in body, and I will be back! I leave with renewed faith in myself and in the universe. Thank you so much! The food was absolutely delicious and nourishing, like the people and the beautiful simply natural surroundings. May God bless you all: Carol, Sandy, Carla, Giovanna, Liz and Katherine for having me amongst you. Healing House is a one of a kind place where my life was saved. I had nowhere else to turn. This all started with a thought, a dream, a vision of a place where people with different needs come to heal. A seed which planted an idea into Katherine Willow’s mind then transplanted itself through the winds into me. In me it grew into a whole new way of thinking. Fortunately it saved my life. Deep down inside my inner self always had the knowledge and wisdom of healing itself but all came together here with the tools including meditation, CD’s, books, support, encouragement, coaching, journey work, and so on. Every person had an important part to play in my healing story. All that was required was to listen, keep an open mind and put my ego aside. Sounds easy doesn’t it?! I am very fortunate to have been given the chance to be here. Thank you Carol, Sandy, Jennifer, Carla, Liz and all the lovely guests I’ve encountered along the way. Your kindness, care and wisdom will forever remain with me. We have all learned and shared many life lessons from each other. Your compassion and care has nourished my soul. Thank you Deb for generously, for giving your time and effort. Your care and respect, support, and kindness truly blessed me. You’ve guided me and given me the tools that have been life changing. I appreciate all you have given. Journey Work and therapy is something we all need. Katherine, your generosity and vision saved my life!
