Healing House Canada is a holistic residential approach to health & wellness. A Healing House is based on foundations of natural / naturopathic medicine for prevention, rejuvenation & detoxification. Its conception was a result of the overload in our hospital system and a need for places where people can access natural therapies in an inpatient environment.

A Healing House can have a variety of specialities. Hosts can care for people who are ill or suffering from exhaustion. They can care for people who are dying, or help women birth naturally -- it's all up to the Healing House hosts.

Train with us to be a Host
Healing House Canada trains and certifies individuals from all walks of life to become Healing House Hosts.  Hosts learn to create a warm home-like environment where guests are supported in their healing journey with simple natural therapies.  Interested?  Learn more about our intensive 28-day Healing House Host Training Program.

We have a fully operational Healing House at Carp Ridge EcoWellness Centre in rural Ottawa -- one of the first inpatient facilities in North America supervised by registered naturopathic doctors.
